Anyone know what it's based on how much tom gives you? I've had him give 50 and 150. And it's not random because I've reloaded. |

It's based on how far you get in his arc or how much you passed by, I think it's the Arc. |

cause its the storyline you go through with him, arc has been used to describe side storylines forever. i think, havent been around that long. |
