can someone please explain to me what all the different pitch modifiers do? some of them i assume are apparent, but i still dont see much of a change in the actual pitch in games. 1) A sharply rising pitch! 2) A pitch with more of an edge! 3) A pitch with more change in it! 4) A pitch that is slower! 5) A pitch that breaks more! What benefit do they have for each type of pitch they can be put on? what's your favorite pitch and what does it do? |

1) adds more rising break to the pitch 2)i would think its has sharper break 3)starts out faster but ends slower 4)slows down the pitch 5)breaks more some of these are obviously apparant, but i like the slider with rising upgrade, it seems to go perfectly straight, and maybe rise a bit, but my eyes could be deceiving me. |

What does a "rising break" mean? does the pitch literally "rise" a bit? |

I haven't experimented a whole lot with all of the possible pitches, but I love throwing that rising slider extremely low and outside to where it barely rises to the bottom of the strikezone and they don't swing because they thought it would be a ball. |

My two favorite "custom" pitches are a slider that has more of a break. It literally breaks all the way through the zone. So you have to throw it outside of the zone. My second favorite pitch is a sinking fastball that is (a pitch with more change in it!) it spins like a top when it comes towards the batter. |

I prefer a curveball with more break or fork with more break... I tend to use them as my go-to pitch. |
