Can anyone please tell me their strategy for getting A power. I can get just about everything else to A and Power barely B, but I want to get power to A for once. How do you do it?

Getting the steak job helps, once you get to sample all the steaks, you get +4 power for every time you visit there to work. Pitchers I know get 5 stamina once you sample all the steaks and I got 255 stamina easy. And, one time you get to eat a super steak that will give you +25 to power .

It gives you, +24 power, or +24 strength points? I'm on April with my guy with almost everything to B. except power which is a mid C right now. Do I have the time to start doing that now?

In April of 2nd year? That may be tough.

Yeah, I'm not going to try. My guy here is going FANTASTIC though. He SHOULD finish with all A's except power which I'm hoping will be a mid B around 150-160.

Well no, try to do it, beacause even if you don't get the super steak all the power you get will probably amount to close to 50, and with all the extra cash buy bat waxes!

How do you work for the steakhouse again? I keep going to the restaurant to work, and nothing. Am I going to the wrong place?

You DON'T go to the restaurant, you go to the place where their is a picture of a steak called steakhouse....

It starts from a random event where you look for a job and run into Isabella. You can then access the icon on various days to work or sometimes eat there. All her events eventually lead to Power Hitter.

What are bat waxes?

I got my guy's power up to A! I just finished the last game against the GS! We were down 6-2 in the 8th, the only two runs were solo homers hit by my guy. We finally got Sittch out of the game, we got the bases loaded, my guy up, GONE! GRAND SLAM TO TIE THE GAME AT 6-6! Then the next inning we won with a walk-off sac fly by Marvin. 6-7.

they are items that can be used on bats to increase the power the bats give.

of course, if the bat breaks, you lose any bonus the waxes had (you can't transfer wax- duh). The best place to put it is at the very very end and embalm your glove and bat with waxes for a final and permanent upgrade at the end of Success mode.

I never had a bat break in Success mode. Is it possible? I'm just curious because I've played Success mode quite a bit and haven't seen this happen.

it probably can happen, its just unlikely, since it would suck if your 1,000 dollar bat broke during the last game, after you batted 5-5 with 5 homers, and you needed that bat to max out your guy.
