Wait, if the person needs 75% of the vote to get in, then we can only have one player per vote, especially considering that nobody even has 40% of the vote yet. Is this what you want to do?

If you want to make it like the actual Hall-Of-Fame voting, you'll have to have a separate vote (YES and NO) per player. To do this, you could make the "options per user" thing to be 10, then we could vote whether or not we want them in the hall. Not the players vs. each other (one option), but whether or not they belong in the hall (10 options)

I doubt that there would be a tie. It looks like Smiley is going to run away with it.
