A knuckleball with rising upgrade would be awesome.

Imagine, the knuckleball movement, but upwards :lol:

There was a post on these forums talking about how the gyroball ability affects your 4SFB.

The spin is the obvious one, it gives your fastball confusing spin that maybe mistaken for a breakingball.

The other thing it seems to do is "add life" to your fastball, it loses less speed to the plate, and has less downward movement.

that basically covers it. just play against sittch and you'll see (if you have the 08 version)

I think you may have to get your coach/scout eval up to a certain level before the Ben RE triggers. I can't confirm this completely.

Doing some test runs, I tried to avoid working out, and get the Ben RE as fast as possible, only, I couldn't get it! I tried a couple different times, and same result.

When I decided to get my coach/scout eval up first, I had no problem getting Ben to appear. (after getting Patty's bar to about 3/4)

So you mean the breaking ball and the gyro are the same thing? Thats impossible. Right?

no... a gyro is like throwing a fastball like a football with a super tight spiral. Because it's rotating, and batters tend to watch threads for spin to know to swing or not (and where), it can be confused for a breaker.

It also makes it look around 5 mph faster.

just found out on another topic (thanks timmy) that you get INTIMIDATOR if you're a fielder and you complete patty's arc.
