I saw him fairly early in the game. Definitely year 1. Like I said, shortly after eating a few hot dogs. MAKE SURE YOU DON'T MISS HIM. Just to be safe.

It can be a random event if you miss him.

I check every week and I don't see him. I always see Jaw.

Ahh..

Maybe that could be a problem. I didn't get Jaw with this character. You might want to wait to get Jaw after you see Ben there in the future.

I bet if you tried failing a job for him you would see Ben there the next day.

I don't know for sure. But maybe sometimes if you go downtown you could see him.

Aww man. But DJ said you can get him from a random event. So can I still have a chance to get the Gyroball?

Not sure. I don't remember if I had Jaw when I got him from RE.

No. His face will be at the street for sure. This is a distinctive RE at the street where Sittch makes a funny guest appearance. You ask Ben if he wants you to be a spy and Sittch comes(because he hears the word spy).

I finished Success Mode without seeing Ben at the street. What a waste of time. I spent 2 hours doing this character...

Silly, when you go to the street you have the option to go to Jaws or go into town, just go into town and Ben could be there.

I tried that twice and all that was there was an option to go see a movie, buy a cd, and buy a book.

Ehh.... It's not automatic that you get Gyroball from the event.
