Arm Strength and Error Resistance great, the rest... Not so much haha. I think I can beat you with what I got last night.
First Base Hitter start:
Trajectory 1:
G Contact 2
F Power 35
G Run Speed 1/2 (don't remember)
G Arm Strength 2
G Fielding 1
G Error Resistance 2
And NO GOOD SENSE (or bad abilities to be fair).
I tried a few times and got a great start.
3 Trajectory (never seen it start that high)
5 F contact (or the lower f, is that 5? Been a while since I played, I don't remember the numbers to letters)
85 E Power
Something F Runspeed
F+ Fielding and Error Resistance.
However, I didn't get any events and only reloaded for injuries and a few terrible events where I got bad abilities. I didn't get a good job (not really bad luck, but still), no Detective, No Terry events, No Frank Chance events, to name a few. I did get both thiefs, but I forgot about the doctors for a month as it was right before a game. I ended up getting a Lou Gherig player with 3 Trajectory, B- Contact, A 248 power, B+ Run Speed, C Arm Strength-Fielding (C+ for arm, c for the other 2) with a few abilities like Power Hitter, Rally Hitter, Durability, Concistency, Base Runner, Arm Strenght, and something else I don't remember. Pretty good I think for my first in a month.

TRJ 3 is possible. I had in guy in 07 with TRJ of 3. Does anyone know what is the guinus starting stats for fielders?

No, what i meant was, is that like the only stats, same as poor sense without "poor sense", cause the pitcher has better stats than poor sense, so what i meant was that if a Genius had better stats than poor sense.

Genius stats aren't always the same. I don't know from personal experince, but their generally amazing and back-up/poor starter major league ready from the start. Which, with two years, can become maxed.
