Someone needs to do a Wiki page of acronyms we use

I am skeptical that you can get gyroball from a SoP. My guess is that the devs didn't change the programming of the ability books from last year to this year.

SoP's seem rarer, and are more desirable at the start. Generally want to get the abilities you can't gamble for (Good Delivery, Dr K top the list).

Gambler's Rings = Glove Waxes
SoP = An Ability

No limit to the number you can have, besides the size of your inv.

Are there secrets of hitting or secrets of fielding?

Yes, there are Secrets of Hitting and Secrets of Defense. If you go to the Wiki, it gives a pretty good definition of them both in the items section. One difference may be that you can't get power or contact hitter with Secrets of Hitting. You need the Legends of Baseball book for that one.

I prefer gambler ring first then i go for the SoP

This is the first time I have ever gotten a gamblers ring, and what does it exactly do? Let you gamble-up as many times as you want without gambler tickets? The ring can break too right?

I had my Gambler's Ring for 1 1/2 without it breaking. It wouldn't break if you keep s/l

Actually it does break. Just not as frequent as last years (thank god)

Don't even make me remember last years, I woulod get a 20% thing and then the Ring would break....

It would break 40-50 times in the process of trying to get a 1-5% thing, and then break when I got it.

Anyway I would take the gambler's ring first and then try to get SoP/SoH/SoF

That's probably what I would do, if i am trying to make an awesome guy.
