I haven't gone through Success Mode as a Pitcher in a while, and apparently there isn't any information about it on the wiki.

What are the original pitches and upgrades you can pick from?

Just made a guy with an Original Pitch. The pitches are:
Slider
Curve
Forkball
Sinker
Sinking Fastball

The upgrades are:
A sharply rising pitch
A pitch with more of an edge
A pitch with more change in it
A pitch that is slower
A pitch that breaks more
