Actually, there is really no need for Psychic Goggles. If you have a CB, just throw it to the upper corners of the plate, 90% of the time, batters will swing at it. A changeup down in the dirt, the batter will swing and miss. The only use for the googles is against Sittch. For hitters, AA/AAA generally either have 1 good breaking ball or a few bad breaking ball, so it would be very predictable. If you are a pitcher, in AA, the CPU generally swing at anything you throw at them, until the last game. Then, you just need 1 good pitch and you shouldnt have a problem as the CPU arn't really smart as they don't really learn from anything in the previous at bats.
