Just did Dr. Goodjob on the Wii as a pitcher, chose getting stronger and no way. I passed out, but it still seems to be a sucess?

Vitality -40, Strength +2, Technique +2, Breaking Ball +54, Mentality +32, Top Speed +2, Throwing Control +7, Stamina +10.

Can't edit the Wiki, but... :)

Vitality down 40?
That's weird (or I just didn't know...)

I think vitality affects the odds of goodjob coming, but not by much. I had him come with 75 vitality once.

You pass out both times, when you fail and when you're successful. It's almost all luck. I had a 2-success streak going at one point.

Just contributing where I can. I've managed to get a Closer to the majors, but my attempts to get a SS/2B Contact/Speed hitter have so far been fruitless. (Well, except the Guava Strawberries games. I hate their pitchers, though.)

If it's a failure you'll see Goodjob saying "sometimes sacrifices are necessary for the improvement of science" or something like that.

I believe it's something like that.

I hate Goodjob. I was making a player for RSM (I'll get him up soon, BTW). You really can't try to get him. It takes too many times. However, for a player I was making for RSM, he got 2 successful Goodjobs. Are you kidding me? I wanted him to be a realistic no-hit all-field player, and he's an All Star!

All you have to do is decline treatment - or ask for "refreshment" for max motivation and a full Vit bar. I've had to do it a few times while making real players.

Yeah, I know. Part of me wanted to decline it, but another part wanted me to take advantage of getting such a lucky break. I mean, it rarely happens, so might as well use it when you get it, no?

I had a 4-successful surgery streak going at one time.

What do you think the odds are of being successful on a GJ and just having him appear? I'm 1 for 3, but I've created 20 or so players.
