I struggled myself as well. I have found hitting for singles work to get runs. I still struggle with my pitchers I get to use and yesterday I swore the cpu is cheating. I lost 3-2 and I gave up 4 hits. One single and three dingers. I pitched on the edge of the zone and low in the dirt and they still hit 3 solo shots, lol. I just have to pitch better I guess!

I just won 5-3 with my new player, (please don't bombard me with password request for him) Carlos Squirrel, a pitcher. Terry had a dinger to put us ahead 1-0, Sittch got a homer to make it 1-1, gave up another run to make it 2-1, then at my next at-bat, I substituted myself for a pinch hitter, who got out. Scored 3 runs in the 6th, then I ran away with it. Joey made an error once (he is THE master of errors) but that was it. Marvin got me the last out, and I won it for only my 2nd time, 5-3!!!!! :D :D :D :D :D Marvin actually went 0-4 in that game! Joey got a clutch triple, and the highlight of the game was Squirrel's first at bat where he hit it right back to the pitcher, bounced off of him, and stars were flying over his head!          I actually fazed out Sittch and got an infield hit! How's that for a game?

Nice! Personally, I think the stupid 2B is the KING of E's, but I hate Joey too. All of the GoldenApples are terrible, and all of the GS are good. I wish somebody else in the lineup could hit, or pitch, or field... :(

My best game was a 16 Strike Out No-Hitter. I didn't realize it was a no-hitter till after the last out, and I had actually redone the game before when I had a no-hitter so I could get more strike outs. I wanted the strike-out pitcher ability, and I still didn't get it haha.
