I came across a little girl at the Lookout who offered me a glove (Pitching Heart). I accepted and then she asked for me to pay her but I didn't have enough money, so she asked for it back and said that her dad would be mad if she just gave it away. I've played success mode about 30 times with this year's version and have never seen this event 'til now. Has anyone else run into this little girl?

By the way.. she says she is a 'Tool salesman' but turns out to be the daughter of one.. just in case you're wondering what the Subject means..

Yes, I come across it quite often, but she is at the lake for me. I believe it happens in between the last two Sharks' games.

I may have mixed up the lake and lookout locations.. I removed it from the subject so I don't further confuse anyone.Sorry.. Does anyone know what the possible outcomes are if you don't have enough money for the glove?

I really don't understand the intent of why this is in the game. Maybe, it is a last chance to get a piece of equipment, but you can get this from Bison. Also, wouldn't you figure you would get a discount.

The only effects I have had from this are pay the full amount or don't get the item. I did try it without being able to afford it, and wasn't able to get the equipment either.

Yeah same here, she offers either a bat or a glove (usually the highest cost item) depending on if youre a fielder or pitcher. No discount on the price, so you are better off not buying it and using discount coupon to get it from bison, or just do the 3 week find dog job from jaw to get a free one... basically ignore this RE, and dont ever go to the lake before the last game, since Sittch isnt there anymore, and this event is all youll get.
