It's a good idea, but instead of going all the way up to the AAA, just make it so you have 3 years in high school, 3 in college, and 2 for the minors, 1 for each club. And maybe, for the final tournament thing for the AA, you get to play in the Olympics or World Baseball Classic, representing your country. Because based on the game's sorting system, you'll be going up the minor league system for your favorite team, if they want to make it that specific, but yea.

It's a good overall base, but still needs some tweaking.
