I don't think Kevin Towers knows much about baseball but he's still the Padres' GM. No idea how he got the job or even kept it. This is a native San Diegan talking. |

It's making fun of team owners who have more money than sense and buy a team basically as a toy. I've seen it happen to really small time arena football teams a lot. |
