I got my copy today and just finished playing an exhibition match, but already I am loving the changes. -Pitches appear to be faster with sharper break -Easier to get a whiff by timing rather than movement (sigh of relief for slider lovers who couldn't get Ks in last year's version) -New camera angles -The amount of PP points you earn seem to be performance based (more incentive to do well even in Exhibitions!) -Ballpark sound effects seem less generic -Jack's play by play is "somewhat" improved -I even think the menu BGM is better |

Those new camera intros (When they zoom in on the player at bat). I love it, it makes the game feel more dramatic. |

-You can use the pitch tracker during the game to review sequences for the hitter's prior at-bats. Great addition! -More defensive shifts and a nice diagram to show fielders' positions. Also is it just me or does the regular changeup (not CCHG) have some slight fading action to it? |

I hate when Joel Zumaya's out there. 2 100+ fastballs then WHAM, 60 mph change up. Makes me crazy too. |

I like how they made the bats almost invisible when players like YouKilis put the bat in the pitcher's way. It was annoying in 2007. |

I LOVE the new success mode. I don't know why, but to me it just seems WAY better than last year's version. I think it's because you play more games, and I don't get frustrated trying to win a certain game so I don't get game over because this time, all that matters is your performance in the game. |

I also like the freedom you get. going into different parts of town and seeing it on a map. I don't feel so closed in like it felt last year just being in the dorm room only being able to choose work, practice or date. |
