Is anyone having this problem? Every time I load the game from the Wii menu, it says cannot read game disc. The only way to run the game is to put in a cleaning disc first and then run Power Pros. |

You could buy a new copy of the disc if you want. It's like $0.99 at Gamestop. You may wanna search around the Internet (Cause it's so trustworthy) for a solution. My disc still works. But, then again, I got my WII copy last year. So I'd expect it to work. |

I doubt you'd be able to find a copy of the game at any store. |

UPDATE: Today while editing my 21st roster, the Mets, my Wii gave me the in game "Game disc cannot be read" screen, so I tried restarting the system. Unfortunately, now the Wii menu screen won't even start the game. I've tried with five other games, and none will load. I've also tried a laser cleaning disc, but that hasn't worked at all. I'm going to try to buy another copy of the game tomorrow, and if that doesn't work, my last hope will be to try and take the Wii apart. So for now, I'm going on a Brett Farve retirement from all Wii games. |

I had a feeling that it's probably just your Wii acting up on you. Hopefully you can find the solution to the problem (though taking apart the Wii is kind of an extreme measure). |

Final Update The Wii just completely is done, I can't load any games. I was thinking of replacing it, but realized the reason I was playing the system was for Power Pros, which all the saved data is on and I can't back up to an SD card. I ended up getting a PS3 for $199 and got The Show with it, so unfortunately I'm done with Power Pros. |

That is a shame. I went through something similar last year, and it is annoying to lose all that data. I picked up a used wii from GameStop, though. |
