So, I have recently made a discovery that if you do Breaking Ball practice at level 9, there is a chance of gaining Spin 4. We already knew that Weight Training would give you Power Hitter, so this may be a trend. If some people could test these theories, that would be great

Hitters:
Weight Training: Power Hitter (Confirmed)
Contact Practice: Contact Hitter?
Running Practice: Baserunning 4/Stealing 4?
Fielding Practice: Gold Glover?
Arm Strength Practice: Throwing 4/Cannon Arm?

Pitchers:
Weight Training: Recovery 4 (Confirmed)
Top Speed Practice: Fastball Life 4 (Confirmed)
Control Practice: Gd Low Pitch/Safe Pitch?
Fielding Practice: Gold Glover?
Breaking Ball Practice: Spin 4 (Confirmed)

I've never got to a Level 9 training before, so it might be something to try out...Hmm...

I don't know what Control practice or TS practice might give you. Any guesses?

Top Speed...my only other guess would be Fastball Life 4. For control practice...I'm not sure, maybe Gd Low Pitch? I'm not quite sure.

Top Speed = Gyroball?
Control = Safe Pitch?

Top Speed?

How about Gyroball?

Or Battler for weight training and FB Life for top speed?

I could see it being safe pitch for control. I don't see anyway one of them is Gyroball though. That's too big of an ability, I don't think it'd be included

You never know till you try.

But you're probably right. Gyroball is part of the Power Pros Trilogy. More than likely, it's FB Life 4.

By trilogy, you mean like Dr. Gyrodator, right?

Yes, Dr. K, Intimidator, and Gyroball.

It does not give gyro it gives fastball life just tried it after I finished Aroldis on 11. PS I did it. I did not get 170 but I did get 164 km/h. That is only because I was low on mentality points the whole time and had to waste a practice on mentality.

Liam, this is the American games. This has nothing to do with the Japanese ones

I know I said after I finished Aroldis on 11 I did this. Practice only gets to level 5 in 11.
