Me: So, you know how I'm (in the future) doing a season log using edited rosters for all 30 MLB teams. MLBPP World: Yes. Me: But, you know what? MLBPPW: What, dish? Me: I don't want to play as any of those teams! MLBPPW: Gasp! ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Yes, you saw that correctly. I don't want to play as any of the teams I'm editing (I'm still gonna edit the teams, though). What I'm thinking of doing is collaborating with (hopefully) all of you to help create an original Success Mode team using players that you create yourselves to try to take on these edited teams. Would anybody be possibly interested in this? NOTE: This is for the Wii version only. Sorry to any PS2 players. |

I would love to participate. Later this week I'm started a new log with a team of all Success players, and I could certainly either give you passwords for some of those guys and/or make some new ones. I always love to see my guys on other people's teams. Plenty of pitchers without Vs LH Batter 4.

Alright, that sounds great! I'll probably create a few of my own for the project, and I'll post a roster in the near future for (at least) the 25-man roster. If you want, also, you can create players specifically for the team. Just thought this would be a great idea for something to bring the forum together for (and keep my butt in line if I slack off on the actual log  ).

I've made a bunch of players in the past I could add. Their skills range from hilariously bad (Aiporlani), to far too good (Gene). And there are some average players with believable skills in there as well. |

If I can figure out how to post players, I would totally be interested! Each person could have one player in the lineup, so that way everybody is represented

Alright! Here's how I'm thinking the 25-man roster will shape up to be: SP- SP- SP- SP- SP- RP- RP- RP- RP- RP- RP- CL- C- 1B- 2B- 3B- SS- LF- CF- RF- DH- Backup IF- Backup C- Backup OF- Utility (plays IF/OF, OF/C, IF/C, etc.)- Also, when your player is in, you'll automatically be the agent for them! (Just for kicks, I may put Aiporlani in AAA, cooldude. )

Alright, here's what you do to upload a picture: First, find a way to get the picture from your iPod to your computer (I don't own an iPod, so I don't know how to do that) Also: If you have a file picture: -Click on "choose file" in the full editor (if you use quick editor a lot) -Select the file -When uploaded, go to Attachments, select the picture, and select "Place inline" If you have an online picture: -Copy the image URL -Put the image URL in the (img)(/img) tags. Also, regarding the team, I don't want it to be too overpowered, I'll maybe use above-average to super-above-average players, but not uber-god-Jesus-like players (see: Sifu-or-?-type players) But I'll def. use Paul's closer for the team. |
