well since what I can't achieve isn't totally possible, I will have to settle using League mode (Cause watch doesnt have manger mode sadly and games take 30 minutes which is something not feasible for me).

So new plan

-All Transactions happen after the season (along with rookie draft)
-Injuries will be still be randomized using a lottery
-Stats will always be kept best as possible in a database outside of the game
-Player will retire new ones will be added

sorry but the spectator mode won't cut it for what allows for more freedom but more time consumption on my part (time i really dont have)
