I was just grabbing a quick 2 games this morning, and was reminded full scale of why this game - although fun - is ridiculous.

#1 - one out, nobody on, I am pitching. Liner hit right at my third baseman - game gives me control of the SS, third baseman runs to cover the bag. I instinctively dive right, so my SS dives towards 2B, and the 3B is stoically covering third, in case the liner turns into a triple.

Dear Power Pros games designers from 2008 - third base does not need to be covered when no one is even on first yet.

#2 - I am controlling the lead runner only, to keep my sanity and avoid the 3 billion controls. Gil Meche pitching for the Royals, I have loaded the bases against him. Olivo can't seem to hold onto a pitch - so 'WILD PITCH!' keeps coming up, but it dribbles just a foot past him. DESPITE THAT, my 2B runner is always 3/4ths of the way to 3B by the time the screen changes, and my 3B runner is always cut off from going back to third. Wild pitch with bases loaded = easy out.

Dear Power Pros game designers from 2008 - most runners are cognizant of the RUNNER AHEAD OF THEM when moving up a base. If he isn't going, YOU DON'T GO EITHER.

I'm seem to love books, video games etc. that have hilarious bugs or errors like this. I think it adds to the charm of the game personally. But still, it is a little annyoing when it happens.

Yeah, I'm somewhat mixed as well.

The plays where there's a base hit in the gap, and the outfielders play I got it, you take it, until the bloopers single turns into a triple...

When that happens, I usually just hold one direction so that one of them runs away while the other one runs toward the ball until I only control one.

Generally the best strategy, but even then it takes me a second or two to realize what's happening.

1. Managing...You don't send pinch runners with the same speed as the last guy in!
2.Pitchers stamina...A pitchers fastball will not go from 93 to 80 mph just cause he's getting tired
3.Pitch speed...Why do pitchers with 97 mph fastballs throw 90 mph in this game?
4. Life mode...Stop putting second baseman as catchers!
