Does anyone know exactly what a pitcher's arm strength affects or why it's important that a pitcher has "C" or "B" arm strength? |

Just the speed of throws in the field, just like a shortstop's arm strength. It doesn't affect pitch speed. |

Oh, so it has no affect on any of his pitching abilities like stamina, control, how much his pitches break, or prone to elbow pains or anything? |

Nope, thats why it is under the fielding tab and not the pitching tab. |
