Hey guys, this is my 1st post since becoming a member of this forum. I have a question about editing rosters and players' abilities. I have noticed that once I edit a player, place him on an arrange team, and then go back to restore that player to its default abilities, the player I have imported into the arrange team would still remain as the edited player. For example, I edited Albert Pujols to some other player because his date of birth is close to Jay Bruce (just as an example), who is not in the game. Would it work if I updated the Reds' roster by adding Bruce, restore Bruce back into Pujols in editing player mode, and then update the Cards' roster with Pujols, and the two players can still exist in the game and be playable at the same time without the game crashing or anything? I would like to update the rosters by adding the rookies not in the game with players in the game that have close birthdates as them, but don't really have that much time to go through success mode with each and everyone of them. So I was wondering if this method works. Thanks. |

you can definatly bring rookies in the game but defiantly look for eric davis's thread(or PM him) for help on this because he has a perfect guide to tell you who to edit into who for birthdates and when you do edit a guy just edit their appearence, voice, name(or saved name to save time), abilties, positions and etc. the game is great after everything is edited and if you hate the purple line then go to season mode options and press name underbar and it'll turn off every line, purple, orange and the draft line |
