Post subject:  No-Hitter Challenge

I'm starting this topic to challenge anyone to purposely throw a no-hitter/perfect game in exhibition mode. You can use any pitcher on any of the default 30 teams, no arrange teams and no edited players. And you can use whatever settings you want. Even on novice, it's incredibly hard to purposely throw a no-hitter, so I challenge you to try. If you do it, let us know! Take a picture if you want.

I'll try. Shouldn't be too hard. Is combined no hitter allowed?

I came so close last night with Roy Halladay to a perfect game against the Royals. I got the first out in the ninth, and then John Buck got a single into left that Shannon Stewart just BARELY missed making the diving catch.

I got a perfect game less than an hour after this post but it was with an expansion team.

I hate mistake pitches. Bleh...Wake perfect through 8 and mistake pitch down the middle and there goes the perfect....

I took a perfect game through seven innings with a drafted player in season mode, but he got tired too early... Andruw Jones lined a double to break it up... the rookie ended up giving up two hits in a complete game shutout.

Erm, I'll change it so that it can be any pitcher. It can be any pitcher already in the game, a drafted player in success mode (good luck pulling THAT off), a pitcher in Life mode, or a success player, but no edited players. Because perfect gaming the Galaxy Sharks is pretty amazing! Was it the last game?

I threw one just today.(made it my mission after reading this thread)....on 2007, does it matter?

I was looking for the right team

My pitcher- Tim Wakefield
My team- Red Sox

Opposing pitcher- Bronson Arroyo
Opposing team- Reds

I put the hitting for the computer to do until the last inning, thus why the score ended at 3-0

Picture proof.

---Wakefield's stats---

Now I have to try it with other pitchers, but I'm not sure who to begin with.
