Does anyone know how to get:
Consistency 2
Clutch Hit 1
Second Position 4

Consistency and Clutch 2 are on the wiki.

i only see how to increase them

Consistency 2

* (Date) Patty / Lake / Rowboat
* (Practice) Go through the motions during practice (requires Laziness)

Clutch Hit (Decrease)

Note: Events will decrease Clutch Hit ability in increments.

* (Freetime) Sittch / Ninja 3 / Golden glove

i was looking in the list of abilities and how to get them

Also there are obviously some undiscovered ways. The wiki will never be truly complete unless the game developers edited it with everything.

Consistency
Street: Book: (Random) ~or~ Lookout: Frank: Choose same training twice: (Random)
NOTE: I prefer the Street:Book option (S/L is necessary).

Clutch
Doc Thief: Agree to look (Random) ~or~ Game (Random) as a Hitter
NOTE: Doc Thief scenario is probably 25%; Game scenario isn't tough, but it generally takes a couple of game-winning RBI.

2nd Position
The great mystery of MLBPP 2008. Nobody has any idea if it's obtainable. I have tried most everything with no luck.

Also, does anyone know how to get Sandbag and Sparkplug?
