I've noticed whenever I have a batter get intentionally walked, the pitch type will say "Pitch-Out". I was wondering, what would you press on the Wii Classic Controller to do that? If anyone knows.

It's one of the "L" Shoulder buttons

It was the "ZR" button. Took me a while to figure out you gotta push "B" to throw the pitch first, and THEN "ZR" for the pitch out.

You should also be able to do it the other way around: ZR to select a pitch out, then B to throw it. This eliminates the possibility of not being able to push ZR before the ball is released.

It works on the Wii remote and nunchuk controller setup with the corresponding buttons: Z then A.
