I just saw a awesome vacation commercial for PR on ESPN mentioning the world basball classic , I hope they put the WBC on MLBPP 09, I mean JPPK has done something similar at least twice and doing it again this year. 13, and 10 I think,I'm so pumped 'cuz I wanna beat the crap outta the koreans and japanese. Not because I don't like them it's just japan loves to make america their rival in every sport.............even Baking.........yes look up freshly baked japan it's a manga series on onemanga, Also for revenge purposes...............I see this as a chance for I canadian members to talk a little smack to us americans.

The world baseball classic in power pros would be great, but they would need to put alot more people in the game so that the rosters would be filled

Never thought of that. Man, that would be sweet on the fix-it list! It would read: The ability to choose a country for your player.

That would be great for the canadians and mexicans of this group. I'd make a few japanese players. I tried to make an all japanese team last year and this year came a little short. I guess success mode is there to help you make the international teams.

it's a good idea but doubtful that it will happen IMO. to quote myself from last september:
"great idea for mlbpp 2009. have world baseball classic teams and rosters unlockable/available. 2K did this in MLB 2k6 so why not power pros 09?"

The MLBPP09 will have WBC mode,
the only thing that is not sure is if that player belongs to NPB (even he was a MLB player), will they just recycle the data from the Japanese version because the ability rank is slightly different.
