im not sure if alot of people already knew how to do this but i figured out the way how to destroy that annoying purple line in season mode . During options you just go to season mode options and press something like underbar name and press it. ( if u cant find it just press alot of options ) i know alot of people probably don't play ppworld much anymore but i didnt get to play it for a few months so ive been playing it lately, well im off to go edit players

well at least now i can edit like all the greats and everyone whose stats are wrong. but I'm not sure if it gets rid of the sucess mode lines

The success lines aren't that bad, though. The orange looks kinda cool. The purple is just so annoying

I don't see the problem with the bars. I couldn't find the option, but I only tried for 30s seconds.

It's just that the purple bar is so ugly and annoying to look at, that's all.

In season settings, the menu where you register created players and do dream drafts, it says "name under bar" or something like that.


Amen to that. I'm surprised 2k put that in there, i would think they would want you to see the purple line at all times.

wow, the draft picks look so wierd without their white line, the astros just drafted a pedroia who plays either third or second, im not sure, but im gonna get him confused with dustin pedroia

But it's just a line. I heard someone say before that they wouldn't update players just because of the line. Are the looks of a small box that important? I mean I agree they should change it and make it look more slick, but I wouldn't consider it a top priority. I like the line so I know who were my draft picks and so I can pick out my custom players right away.

I'm going to guess that was me that said that. I cannot stand those dang purple lines under players names. I haven't been on here in a long time because I got bored with the game, and recently got back into it again. So, this thread basically made me very happy. Thank you Jacobye! I always thought if I turned name underbar off it would stop showing the name plate so I wouldn't kow who's who(unless I recognized them). I guess I should've tried it out once, and it would've made it much easier to look at.
