Am I the only one annoyed by the following quirk in the DS?

Post subject:  Am I the only one annoyed by the following quirk in the DS?
2 outs, a runner on first. Batter hits a fly ball or line drive in the gap. Why is the runner on first waiting to be told to go to 2nd? Always advance when there are 2 outs!!!

Argh!

no i hate how if there is 1 or 0 outs, and u got a guy on third. and if u hit a fly ball, the guy on 3rd will sit and wait between home and 3rd, and if its caught, he only has time to go back to third

its like the ds version of the game hasnt heard of how to play a sacrifice fly =/!!

That must stink. Sounds like the DS has a lot of flaws.

You can't control base runners on the DS?

Yeah you can control them but my complaint about two out runners is still valid. You shouldn't have to control them because there is only one sensible option. The other scenarios that were posted are more a control issue. You should be able to control your runners and you can. But with two outs, why should I have to bother? Everyone is off and running when contact is made on two outs. It's not like this on the console versions for Wii and PS2?

wow that sucks. one of the reasons i'm waiting for next year to get the DS game, along w/ more modes.

yeh nevermind, my complaint wasnt ds,.. it was what happens in success mode in the wii version, ahahah ,.. sorry

i just hate how u cant create characters isnt the ds game =/
