In MLB PP 2008 players always try to find the best talent. Some come in the form of draft picks. Other are diamonds in the rough longing for a second chance. In my opinion there are several players who deserve second looks after the first gloss over.
Joey Votto In Game Age: 24 Position: 1st baseman : Young Joey Votto has a lot of potiental despite certain skills he may not yet possess he could very well develop into a solid players during the 10 year season mode.
Andrew Miller In game age : 23 Position: Left handed pitcher
In real life Andrew Miller was traded to florida in the Dontrelle Willis and Miguel Cabrera trade. He still provides plenty of velocity and control while still being only 23. Provided he has run support.
Zach Duke In game age: 24 Position south paw pitcher : GOD until his team gets shutout :Has B control
Charlie Haeger In game Age: 24 He's an above average pitcher mostly known for his knuckle ball.
Sam Fuld In game age: 25 While he's more defensive minded he definitely can develop into a contact hitter with well above average speed can steal over 20 bases with ease.
Craig Breslow In game age: 26 He's a little older in age but he can steal pitch very well in anybody's bullpen especially with his awareness of the game. Has a great mix of pitches which he uses to stymie batters of any level.
