hey guys. i just registered to this forum! first topic! congrats to me! hahah.

i just wanna say that i love this game. i am not the biggest baseball fan in the world but this game has made me like baseball even more. ( im a HUGE football fan )

im so glad i got this game! cant stop playing it.

i just had one question. i dunno if its been brought up before or not. if it has been then sorry. i check this site everyday but havent seen anything so here i go....

in success mode when you play a game against another team, i know the better you perform, the better the stats you get. i was wondering if the outcome of the game has any effect as well. for example, if beating the opponent and winning the game gives you any sort of "boost" as well or if it just matters on how well you play.

And that's actually a good question. I never thought of that. Hm.... I've always thought it was just how well you do that boosts experience points and evaluation. I doubt it will boost your experience, but it MIGHT boost scout/coach eval.

the outcome would more than likely have an effect on your motivation (it doesn't).

Your scout/coach evaluations are independent of the outcome EXCEPT when you put it all on the line with the scout, this was true with 2007 and I'm sure it's the same here.

Only things are you should plan on winning the last 2 wild joker games if you're going to date Lucy.

I'm also from VA, but I root for the Tides, not the Braves (Richmond's AAA team, I think)

i went to 1 braves game a couple months ago before they closed.
