I got some players that are in bad condition (not life mode) how can I fix them?

it would help if you had placed this in the mode sub-forum you are discussing. Then I wouldn't have to ask.

Season Mode- Use "Improve Condition" in practice to accelerate them out of the doldrums.
Exhibition - nothing (unless you use Handicap)
