I made a player he is 47 and in my life whenever he plays or practices he loses power and more. Whats wrong? Is it because hes old?

Yes, it's because he's old. Players abilities start decreasing at age 35 and do more rapidly when they are very old like your guy.

Well then I'm gonna make a new one. Can anyone give me a walkthrough that'll gimme the best player possible in success mode?

Is the guy a success mode player that you were using? If so you could still change his age *IF* you can still load him up in success mode. But, if you clicked save main data right after finishing the customization of your guy in success mode it won't be possible.
