Can anyone hit home runs without using "Big Swing?" I usually build defensive speedsters and don't have much experience using a true Power Hitter. I am just curious if it's even possible, and if so, how unlikely is it? |

Out of my 262 current home runs, only one was not a big swing. It was a line drive that barely made it over the wall. |

Those stats will definitely stop me from wondering. Thanks for the info... |

I got another one yesterday. I hit a ! pitch right down the chute and it was 2 strikes, so I was using regular swing. It did the "IS IT FAIR??!!?" cutscene and the ball barely stayed fair. So, if you're counting, that's 2 out of 327 HRs hit using regular swing. |

Of course, all these numbers are a little skewed since if you are using a Power Hitter, you're not going to be swinging without 'Big Swing' very often. I'm curious to see if anyone can put up decent HR numbers with a Power Hitter without using it. |

Oh, I've hit plenty of balls using regular swing. Easily over 1000 at bat so far, I'd day 200+ of my hits are from regular swing. 60% of those are pop/ground/fly outs, 39.998 of them are non HR hits, .002 of them are home runs (all two of them). |
