This is an idea I've had for about a month now, and I think I should share it with this forum to see what people think. I'd like to start off by saying I don't know if this exists already because I haven't seen anyone talk about it or ask about it, and I don't really know if this is even possible.

I've seen many users on this forum make roster updates and such for Power Pros 2008 using the Dolphin emulator. My question is, would it be possible to use the netplay functionality of Dolphin with Power Pros to have online tournaments or just play sessions in general, over the internet.

If you have any ideas on how this could work, or how it could not work, let me know because I think this could be fleshed out and be really really fun! :D

I know we've tried to do this before, but we couldn't quite get it figured out. We'd get past the initial Wii screen, but nothing past that.

hate to bump, but recently we confirmed it was near impossible to play power pros over netplay, the longest we went was 8 frames, or 0.133333333 seconds at 60 fps.

Bumping my own post because I found something.

I found a reddit post where someone played a full game over dolphin netplay.

Like he said, there are problems, but it's getting closer to possible now.
