Same, I was waiting for someone else to say that. I'm not sure if my old reputation of being a jerk is still holding up, but I'm pretty sure being the first one to bring that up wouldn't help.

So, back to the topic at hand, we now have a pinch-runner/defensive replacement on the bench, and here's what I want to plan to have on the rest of the bench:

-A serviceable pinch hitter, definitely one with high clutch ability, maybe somewhere in the C's or D's with batting.
-A straight pinch-runner (yes, another one with high run speed)
-A straight defensive replacement, preferrably one that can play all around the field, with halfways-decent batting, and super (A's and B's) fielding ability.

Yeah I do too.

For a pinch hitter, I have one with A's in hitting and C run speed, probably too good, so I'll check for another one...
How about a pinch-hitter with C contact, B power, horrible fielding and run speed, with abilities like Clutch Hit 5 and Good Pinch Hitter?

I don't think I have anything that would be more suited to pinch-running than the one you're already using.

For a defensive replacement, the only one I have only plays second base and shortstop with F in contact and power.


Aside from those I mentioned, I can look at some players other people made and see if any of them could work.

Sure! That pinch-hitter would be great, but you could look through and see what other players people have made, if you want. (I'm only saying this, because, sadly, you've reached the 3-player limit, which I may or may not increase to 4, depending on who's going to be possibly requesting players for me to use.)

If my memory is correct, he's named after a monster from Monster Rancher for some reason, and despite G's in everything besides hitting, he has the gold glover ability. I have no idea why.

As far as the character limit thing goes, I don't think it should stop it from this character being in, but I won't try to submit any more of my players after it. Considering one of my three players is a character that will very likely never see any MLB time unless you spend a ton of points on pitching training equipment and convert him into a pitcher by year 7 or something, and that wasn't even a player I suggested for the team either, I just casually mentioned the name, not even linking to him, and you decided on using him yourself. For those reasons, this last player should at least be allowed in, and I may look for some players from other people later, though I doubt there's a perfect pinch runner anywhere at the moment. I also think that later the player limit may need to be increased anyway, but that's a minor reason in the grand scheme of things.

Alrighty, I'll allow him in, then. Yeah, I guess I just allowed Aiporlani in there just for the lulz. But hey, you never know, with September Call-Ups and what-not, he might see playing time...

I have someone who has D contact, C power, E run speed, D arm strength, E fielding, and E e res, he's a left fielder, and can play some center too.

Now, he may not seem like much, BUT, if you practice speed with him, he makes for one of the best leadoff guys you can ask for. (I've used him for this purpose on more than one occasion, and both times, he's provided very solidly).
