Team chemistry doesn't matter in this game or pokemon (although it should in MLBPP '09)
And it is possible to make Deoxys or Mewtwo ace pitchers.
Most teams have at least one ace, and then there are teams like the Giants or Rays who have multiple aces.

ARM STR is debatable

maybe like a 7 for arm, he can thuderbolt stuff? And every single episode minus #1, so e-res 1

Pikachu should have very low arm. Doesn't look like his hand is even big enough to hold a baseball.

Well, since we don't have an actual measure, we really can't tell if he IS big enough.
