Basically, from what I've seen, it's like a GameShark and Action Replay.

I honestly don't know about the cheats thing, because I've only seen the YouTube videos about it.

Sup guys I'm so sorry the pic's aren't up yet. I just moved to colorado springs CO and my house hold goods (all my games and stuff), I accidentally packed mlb power pro was packed. But me and my wife are going to be in a apartment some time this week.

Looks good. I was watching some of the other MLB Power Pros 2009 videos you put up and they all look exactly like the 2008 version. Mainly the place with the hot dogs and the owner of the team looked the same.
