I know Kevin Millar isn't in the player union because he played during the strike in the 94 season, so he'll never be allowed in the players union. I am pretty sure there are a couple more people like this but I can't remember them right now.

But Kevin Millar was in last year's game.

He was under a fake name, he didn't have his actual name in the game.

It takes a litle research to find out the AAA Greats. Seeing as the rosters are based closely on opening day rosters (or at least mid-April), I've been checking with the Wikipedia and comparing the opening day 40-man rosters listed in the archives with the in-game rosters. Hopefully, I got most of these right and if not, well I guess mistakes happen. :P

Here's some from a few of the AL teams with Greats in them.

Red Sox
C Great Reyes (AAA) - George Kotteras
C Great Harris (AAA) - Dusty Brown
1B Great Lopez (AAA) - ??? [There are a few infielders with a similar birth year, but no matches yet]

Blue Jays
SP Great Guillen (AAA) - Gustavo Chacín

Indians
2B Great Santana (AAA) - Josh Barfield
RP Great Soriano (AAA) - Brian Slocum
RP Great Sanchez (AAA) - Edward Mujica

Tigers
RP Great Roberts (AAA) - ???

I'll get to the rest some other time. :P

I thought Neal Cotts was already in this game. He was in the last one, why did they make him a Great in this game?

He isn't part of the MLBPA, so there was some sort of exception in his case last year.

But he wasn't in the game with his name last year...he was listed as Great Johnson.

So are a lot of people, it's really not a big deal.
