I just picked mine up from a Gamestop by me. I just had to ask the clerk at the desk. Won't be playing it until late tonight, but I can't wait to start

My Gamestop only got the Wii version, no PS2 so they said try tomorrow. Best Buy says they won't get it until August 4th.

MLBPP07 was so popular we had to go to 5 stores to find it...
Maybe I'll wait a week or 2, but by then you guys would have found out 50% of success mode :P

I had the same issue. I got it during the release week. I thought, nobody but a baseball obsessed, video game nerd would know about this game. After searching every gamestop within reach and best buy, I lucked out and found the last one at toys r us. First time I'd been there since I was 10.

I honestly would be surprised if 2008 isn't available at my local Gamestop. Any time I mention this game to baseball fans (or fanatics) they laugh at me saying, "Why would I play a kiddie game?" Even the manager at Gamestop was surprised at me when I mentioned the game. I would be sooo hurt if I don't find it.

Hi everyone, I'm new here so hope you will help answer all my dumb baseball related questions over the next few weeks! I'm in Scotland, and my copy of MLB PP 2008 got shipped to me today, really looking forward to it. I've always enjoyed the baseball games I've played, right back to Intellivision World Series Major League Baseball in the good old days. MLB PP has never had a Euro release, so missed out last year. Hoping for great things from this one!
