This. So much of this. I've got most of my Massives pitchers around 95-97 top speed, and they usually only throw in the 88-91 range. :evil:

Yeah you kind of have to mash the A button if you want to hit their top speed. I think it is fine.

Okay I know all of those questions are possible to answer but I'm trying to prove a point that we'll never know why we can't reach the top speed easily.

Anyways, how many times have you ever seen anyone throw 100 IRL? Once, maybe (or 1000 times if you're a Reds fan).

The only way to get a guy to actually throw 100 is to give him a top speed of above 100, with pink motivation (or red motivation and Consistency 2). STR Finisher might help as well.
