I thought tough out made the batting courser bigger with 2 strikes.

I wouldn't know. My batting cursor is about the size of the whole bat no matter how many strikes. Probably due to tough out.

Tough Out goes up in MLB Life when you get a hit/walk when you have 2 strikes.
