I would follow a League log. It would be cool to see how all the teams stack up against each other.

I agree. I don't think we've ever had a League Log before, even if it is viral.

I'm thinking I'll start up the first league log as soon as my current league is done. I'm hoping to have at least 15 or 16 teams ready and in the game by then, to have a nice large pool of teams to randomly select from.

There you go, finally finished. I'd really like to know how they stack up against other teams, because I don't know how having Gary and Red will affect the team. If anything, I'd guess they'll be worse than the other teams due to the starting pitching and a majority of the fielders being awful.

I don't know about a majority of the fielders being awful, a lot of them are pretty average, but most of the pitching is bad enough to even things out. I'm guessing Red is the captain of the team?

Edit: Hopefully he is, because I made edited the team in as if he was.

Yeah, I guess now looking back all the starters except Geodude and Totodile are at least OK.

And yeah, Red is captain.

Okay, 16 teams are in the game and 6 will be randomly picked for the league, it should be starting soon, I'd say sometime tomorrow at the latest.

I'm hoping other people have their teams in the league, but it will be completely random so it might wind up just being 6 teams I made, hopefully not...

Next video should be coming up eventually. I used a different video program to record this one, so if this video turns out any better I'll be using that program to record the Showoffs and Knights game.

Well, the video is done, but this program, I don't know why, or even how, got the audio from outside, instead of recording the game audio. So there's essentially no audio for this game. But in the other video the audio got so messes up it was a minute ahead by the end, so... Is this better or worse?

I'm going to check before recording the next video if there's an audio setting somewhere I missed to fix it. If not, would you rather I use this program to record (no audio) or the other one (messed up audio and video sometimes as well)?



It was a nice, competitive game the whole way through.

I guess this is kind of the third option for recording videos, nobody really gave input on any of the others, so I guess it doesn't matter, but still.

For some reason on this recording device the speed and pitch of the audio gets pretty messed up often, almost comically sometimes.



I figured this game would be the most popular, but I'm not quite sure anymore.

Braun is leading the NL in homers. I think he deserves better than B power.

Just some thoughts from a Brewers fan.

The team is based precisely on the abilities they were given in MLB '12, not the abilities the player may actually have. He had B power in MLB '12, so that's where I got that from.

He also had a really high clutch rating in MLB '12, so I gave him Clutch Hit 5, and that's why he hits 4th instead of Jose Bautista.

I think a lot of players would have better ratings in real life than MLB '12 gave them.

I'm currently in the process of making a 2nd team right now, but with this I felt like throwing this together:

Custom Team Template (DL)

It's an Excel file template set up in the way I organized my teams, just with blank spots for all the player information so people can fill in their own players for their own teams. I find it to be the most organized way to get all the info down, and it helps to have it as a savable file. The player info can be made on sheet 1, and sheet 2 is the template for the uniform/team info. It has more than 25 slots, so you'll end up with a few empty spaces in your bench or bullpen if you adhere to the limit. If you need more room for anything, just highlight the rows/columns and cut & paste.

So how did that go?


I just finished editing in the 17th team, which will almost definitely be the last before school starts and this thing starts moving even slower.

Also, as far as Free Agents go, I believe I still need 11 more fielders and 9 pitchers.
