I came on here about a year or two ago talked about making a fantasy league, that was very in-depth to allow as much owner interaction as possible; Like all great plants with little thinking it bombed. Outside of this I stepped back into Power Pros and thought about doing the same thing on a smaller scale with a lot more tweaks. My plan would be the follow

Ideas

-Rookie Draft after every Season
-Agents can input players and control their fate (So you can control your players you own
-have some interaction between owners of teams
-Keeping Stats at all times when possible
-Every Season Awards would be handed out
-Free Agency/Waivers/Transactions Etc
-All Teams run off of custom fictional players ( I"m not really sold into this only because it would take a lot time that i don't have)

I would appreciate feedback,comments,etc.

But what do you mean by fantasy league? How would all this work?

My Idea for this would be revolved around using spectator mode to sim games. Then logging the stats of each day of games posting them to the forum. from there there would be random events i would try to throw in to make it interesting. These events really wouldn't effect the attributes most likely but more or less change the players opinion of the team and his clubhouse as well possibly get him in trouble (i.e suspensions and all that other stuff) but I may not do random events ethier cause what I'm doing is very experimental and not sure how well this would work out

So there wouldn't actually be a Season or League mode involved, you would just be using Exhibition?

Actually, he could use a Season Log for this, as I believe Season Mode has a watch game setting.

I thought the only was through spectator mode on exhibition mode, but none the less this is the general plan i just wanted to state and see it's reactions to it before i actually start diving into this

Understandable, I might as well start a few test games to see how this goes with the rosters that are already on the game to demonstrate

How would you implement rosters of fictional characters? Just a lot of heavy-duty editing?

That's probably what he'd be doing.

Not worth the editing, I'm 90% sure it either wouldn't be finished or would take over a year.

Only issue using succes mode characters would be their inability to decrease but I'd probably put some age cap or over them or something to even it out.

Why would it take over a year?
