well does anyone remember the first time you got this game? Does everyone remember when they didn't know how to do it but had so much fun doing it anyways. Does anyone remember the first time trying success mode and it taking soooo long and getting addicted to it? Well here you can share your memories or whatever about it. The thing that always stuck out in my mind was the first day I played Power Pros(07 version) and using season mode with the Red Sox, and I can somehow remember how much fun it was to play against teams like the Mariners, I remember the Angels and Guerroros .450 AVG owning me, I can remember batting like .050 with Mirabelli but still using him. I remember being sick once and playing power pros all day and playing against the mariners and I remember those people like Vidro, Sexson, Lopez, and Ichiro. I wanted to be sick all week just to play that game.

Does anyone know what I mean by these " memories ". Thats why I sometimes go back to playing the '07 version, well here you just tell people about them Man this is gonna be so corny but who cares right

Lol I don't really care about being corny

Yeah, I remember
Before playing it, I saw the cover and hadn't tried it. I blamed my brother on wasting my money on such a childlish character
One day, I got nothing to do and then I saw the MLB
It introduced me to MLB
I found out it was challenging, and then I tried the success mode
And it turns out I'm still addicted to it
Lol, season mode and made a fantastic season with the Mets
Since then I started being a fan of the Mets

The important thing is not to stop questioning. Curiosity has it's own reason for existing. One cannot help but be in awe when he contemplates the mysteries of eternity of life, of the marvelous structure of reality. It is enough if one tries merely to comprehend a little of the mystery everyday. Never lose a holy curiousity

i was looking for an up-to-date baseball game (All star baseball '99 was the most up-to-date, i couldnt control the pitches in mvp baseball 04 for PC)
I saw some reviews, thought it looked cool ("This isn't a handbook! It's a guide for a video game!").
I still remember my 1st success character: C E B F E C.

My favorite memory of the game is, I put the game away for a few months (gasp), and then my friend came over. He saw it and wanted to play it. So, since he had never played the game, I was the Pirates and he was the Red Sox. He beat me 9-0. NOW I was mad. He was still the Red Sox, but I was the Mets. He, again, beat me 9-0.

I remember my first success player, it was ellsbury and he had like C contact F power B run spd E arm str E fielding and C er res, but with the red sox he hit like 15 homers and 111 rbis a year, I never tried to give them power
I also made dusty brown, kevin cash, brandon moss(I gave him green hair cause of his last name :D ), lowrie, van every, bucholz, and others, I also remember trying desperatlt to get taylor buchollz from the Rockies(I thought that it was CLAY buccholz, I had no baseball smarts back then) and finally I could always seem to remember the pitching depth that I had in AAA with the red sox, tavarez did terrible so I switched off with matt clement(2008 cardinals), Devern hansack(he's not in 08), kason gabbard(rangers in 08)I had jon lester and then I had kyle snyder(f/a in 08) and Joel piniero(cards in 08). They were both in my bullpen but they had B stamina. I remember the mistake by letting lopez stArt a few games, but I hope this year that relievers have like C stamina and that stuff so that u can make some of them starters

I remember one time before I knew how the game worked. I got AGG STL for my player, and then saw I could know by catious stealer, so I did, then AGG went back up, and kept going back and forth until I wasted all my points. That's why he was the worst player I ever made.

It was a little frustrating at first, but it learned to manage. I was happy to get an american version of this game.
