Which makes it harder to hit, lock on 1 or best try?

they're both pretty easy. If you hit the ball with best try, it will go a long way, regardless of how well you hit it (personal experience)

Best try by far, lock on 1 is generally what I use. I also set the computers to 1 or 2 because while I can hit anything on powerful and have near 400 average, I give up almost as much (though I'm great with runners on base and catching stealers, I know the AI well enough to guess and be right on when I need to waiste a pitch. Its that and I guess good mentality).
