Ah ha! The proper place to post this.

It would be fun to see the managers come out and argue close plays and perhaps get thrown out of games. I can picture the manager shaking his head and waving his arms around in disgust. This may affect the AI and decision making for the opposing team run by the CPU.

If they would put the ability back in to move the batter around then it would also be fun to see bench clearing brawls.

i know, that would be cool. they could have little minigames that correlates how you're doing in the minigame to the arguement. same with brawls, except in automatically transfers two players to wii sports boxing to settle it.

Well brawls are a realistic part of the game resulting in injury. Although it seems harder in 2008 than in 2007 to hit a batter I could see it happening in an exhibition game with friends if the pitcher injures your best hitters on purpose. Now granted this game is anything but realistic regarding graphics but in a simulation game such as this with its dating and babies and free time it wouldn't surprise me if a fight happens in this game in the future.

Does anyone recall the NHL series for the Sega Genesis? They had fights in some of those and it was a classic feature.

I don't remember the game, but you do make a good point.

Yeah, and for the mangaer arguement, you can have a little box like in success mode where you can chose to say something or just walk away. Keep arguing, and you're out of the game.

geez, with all these ideas, we should just send them all to 2k sports.
they'll probably put something in there.

I thought we were planning to do that with the "Fix-it thread", but I'd be willing to send it in or help compile it or something.

we could add a thing to the wiki with ideas for 2009.
Just one topic would be pretty disorganized.

Yeah, that's a good idea. You should proabably talk to DS about it.

I remember in MVP 2005 they had an option where you could make the umpires blow calls.
