So recently I've been playing a lot of Success Mode and I want to make the player the most similar to what I have in mind. I've tried several tips, but is there any way to get a Goodjob at least once per Game? Please leave your tips below. Anything helps whether it be location, weeks, etc.

S/Ling every week, and then S/Ling some more and...you get the point right?

One guy on Gamefaqs said he got Goodjob 4 out of 15 tries between August Week 4 and September Week 1 of Year 2.

A guy on here mentioned it and that he got him once after 30 tries.

I tried 10 times and didn't get him, got impatient and moved on, only to get him between Week 1 and Week 2 of September.

It seems that the chances are enhanced around that time. Hope this helps!

The only tip is to save load and the weeks I mentioned in the password exchange. He is pretty much totally random. Save loading for him, he could be quick or like the ghost in the fountain trying to get star ability, it could take even 3 hours

You seem to get lucky Rob. You crank out like 100+ players with his help.

Depends what you define as luck or craziness. That Sandy Koufax for example took me roughly 8-10 hours of save loading to get star and dr good job added to the other 3 hours to do the rest. But at times you get lucky but it's choosing the weeks to do it in such as the ones I mentioned plus saying no to other arcs, marvins exploring and joey. But I've created over 800 players so you get use to the arcs etc that are needed to boost particular stats plus starting out with decent stats at the beginning or not. Plus read the wiki pages and trial and error are the best bits of advice I can give

Well some abilities are not that easy to get or come by. If you ask people who have made maxed characters 8-10 hours could be classed as minimum to get a good character. But in saying that it is much harder to get a player with the worst stats possible and all red abilities than a maxed out one
