Is there any exception whatsoever to this rule? I've had the same guy requested for several months in the '07 forum and even after I decided to lower the stats still nobody tried to do it.

I'm going to change my request to something else reasonable soon so if nobody decides to try after a month can I request another guy?

I would think so. I did that with my Kirby Puckett request so that I could request a marvin character for 08.

You can always pull the character by replying to the post that the character is no longer wanted. A mod will come by and delete the topic.

Would one per year be ok? Or just one request period.

Considering that most ppl are on the 2008 game, I'd be okay with allowing ONE request per yearly edition (with a max of 2ish depending on how long this site/the series goes).

Obviously it's not okay to request 2 for the same year on different consoles (why the heck do you have both anyways?)
