I know the wiki has it, so why not the forums? It shouldn't be that hard to implement, right? I'd had a couple times recently where it would be useful, but instead I have to make the words really tiny and white to try and get a similar effect. |

They would be useful for comedic effect (which is probably how they'd primarily be used), but they can also be for news, and updates on said news. |

That is not what it would used for. That is a bad idea. However, the Ryan Sweeney thing is a perfect example of how it could be used. |
